What concerns you about the defending World Series Champion San Francisco Giants?

What concerns you about the defending World Series Champion San Francisco Giants? The offense or their pitching? And, what's wrong with both their offense and their pitching?

Are the Giants suffering from their World Series championship hangover?

Do you think the players are to blame for simply not executing on offense and playing fundamentally dumb baseball?

What do the Giants need to do to get back to playing the kind of winning baseball that helped them win the World Series last year, before their season turns into one of "What ifs? and if onlys".|||Concerned that they will very soon be out of the defending category.

It's a new season and they may still be thinking everything will work out like in '10.|||I think luck may have been involved with their championship last year. I know their pitching was good, but it wasn't stellar. And their offense continues to falter.

Losing Juan Uribe was a pretty big blow, and Pablo Sandoval on the DL doesn't help much either.

Also, the other night for those first few innings, it looked like Jonathan Sanchez had no idea what he was doing.

Anyway, point is I didn't think they would repeat, and I still don't think they will.|||There is no concern or reason to be concerned. In case you haven't noticed it

is very early in the season. They have been getting great pitching and when the

weather warms up so will the hitting. Now if it was late September I would maybe

be concerned but they are going to be okay. They are still the team to beat. The Rockies

are not fooling anybody with their fast start.|||Even though I am not a San Fran fan, there is concern about their pitching. They were decent last year, not the greatest but they were decent. Now they arent really hitting. They need to start to click otherwise they will be going home in october watching someone else win the world series.|||Nothing concerns me. I'm not a Giants fan.

Sarge|||I'm concerned of how..... RAW WE ARE!|||well it would be a start if there lineup wasn't. Buster posey, and pablo sandoval, . And if they want to improve in defense, which is a need they have been poor there, they will need to get aubrey huff out of their lineup, but they need offense, and although huff is not giving it to them since he's in a slump, hes still contributed enough to be 2nd on the team in rbis, even though he's hitting .190. there starting pitching as last year outstanding, except for barry zito, this guy is done, they need to get rid of him, i know noone will want to trade for that and take that big salary, but this guy is done, drop him, take pay loss, who cares get rid of barry zito. Besides that, bullpen looks good for the most part, Brian wilson has actually pitched terrible this year but still has managed to save 8 of 9 games. He needs to shape up because hes nearly allowed a run for every inning.
