Anyone who was a Champion in WWE, WCW, ECW, NWA, AWA, TNA.|||id say vince mcmahon when he decided to win the ecw champion ship in a handicap match he set up himself im not sure but i believe against bobby lashley|||I always thought Khali was undeserving.
The reason that the company put the belt on him was because he was big. They needed an emergency champion because of all the injuries that were taking place. There were more deserving guys in the company at the time that could have been given a chance to run with the belt.|||You could go Khali cause he won it simply because of his size. Arquette because he was an actor and didn't pin the champ to win it. I go with a different answer.
Vince Russo. Why? Because he chose to give himself the title for no reason other than to say he held it.|||the great khali.he came out of nowhere with no build up at all and won the whc what exactly made him deserve it.good matches no.great worker hell no.i guess wwe just needed a huge giant that batista could slay|||Well in WCW I belive an actor held the WCW World Title at one point, but I think that was for a week (just guessing).
