What's the difference between Action brand diecast and Champion series diecast?

I usually collect the "Action" brand of diecasts. I recently saw a brand I've never heard of which is "Champion Series" made by checkered flag sports. Can anyone tell me a little bit about this company?|||It's basically the same thing as action but from another company. There's some stuff that the action car has and the champion doesn't and there's some stuff that the champion car has that action car doesn't. It's about 95% the same.
