How has Champion Paper Mill in Canton, North Carolina helped out financially, economically, etc?

I am taking up for Canton, NC and the Champion Paper mill and others are representing Cocke County,TN and the health of the Pigeon River. How can I represent Canton and show that the paper mill is not all bad?|||waste water treatment
