I am planning a trip to UK and hopes to watch a match on the 24th May. Worried that the match may be re-scheduled if the team qualifies to the champion league final. Have this happened before?|||What the hell is the BPL? I've heard it called the EPL before, but just say Premiership.|||no,the champions league final is always played on the wednesday after
the final league match|||99% sure it can't be rescheduled (but it is the FA so you're never totally sure).
All the final matches of the season have to be played at the same time.|||But the UEFA Champions League have always been played on a Wednesday in my memory.|||No it can never be as other teams would claim an unfair advantage.
Due to the number of league positions determined by the final day of the season all matches are played on the same day at the same time. That way no team has an advantage over another (such as knowing you need to score 3 goals to qualify for the UEFA CL or UEFA EL or avoid relegation)
So don't worry, if a team from the Premier League reaches the final it is THEIR responsibility to ensure they are capable of competing in both matches. The FA could do nothing.
