How long to see a new world cup champion?

As you see the world cup winners are


Brazil 5 titles


Italy 4 titles


Germany 3 titles


Argentina 2 titles


Uruguay 2 titles


France 1 title


England 1 title and


Spain 1 title the most recent one.


Now how long do you think it would take to see a new champion. So far we have the Netherlands, Russia a competive team but somehow they don't make it to the world cup. Portugal their competive i think this world cup they would of done better if they had Nani. And the U.S even tough many people disagree on this one.|||I think next world cup champion will be Germany or SPAIN but it depends what squad and players they have then I hope BRAZIL or ENGLAND because you english need another title ;)|||There is always a chance every 4 years when the World Cup is played. What makes it difficult is that the countries that have won the World Cup have established systems and programs for grooming the next generation. It is like in college basketball. You have the Duke's, UNC's, Syracuse, Kansas, and others who always get the best batch of college players that they simply have to reload. With other programs, they have to rebuild. Having had previous success engenders more support and funding for the established programs in those countries. Thus, it will probably another period of time until a new country gets their name on the World Cup.|||I really hope The Netherlands manage to finally break the deadlock in 2014. But basically, any team can win it, we shouldn't forget 2004 Greece, they were by far not the favorites, nor one of the teams you wouldn't laugh when told would get past group stage.





Otherwise, I think Russia and USA always have some chances anyway. Plus some of the emerging good teams like the Czech Republic, Serbia, Croatia, etc.|||HIGHLY(cannot stress that enough) doubt Mexico is going to win...i would love to see Spain win again! 3 or my 5 FAVORITE players are on that team so it wold make me happy if they were to pull another victory in '14 :)

Either the world cup coming up in 2014 or the next one in 2018.|||Brazil will win next time when cup is in Brazil.
