What League of Legends champion should I play?

I like Ashe, but I don't feel comfortable playing her since she's considered easy. I want to play a rare champion, someone that isn't picked every match. I want a good DPS and support. Preferably ranged. Are there any champions that fit my description?|||First of all, a 'rare' champion either means it is a new champion or a champion that literarily sucks. Rare sucky champions like Evelynn, katarina, shen, and so on are rarely picked and are nerfed too much. Ashe is an easy champions but sometimes you have to be a good shot to win for your team. In other words, your ult. Great champions that are DPS are like nocturne. I've seen a lot of alistar, free champions, ashe, nocturne, and yeah. Ranged DPS could be miss fortune who is considered OP. There is also caitlyn.
