Is there any chance that the cruiserweight champion banned is just a storyline?

Since gregory helms will return almost cyber sunday do you think he will bring back the cruiserweight champion cuz it stinks that the cruiserweight champion gone.It makes me feel that the cruiserweight are better in tna|||I doubt that's a storyline, but I can get my hopes up on it being a storyline. Maybe Gregory will bring it back, but I'd have no idea how he would.|||many of the cruiserweights ARE better in TNA! just look at the X-division! i mean wow, seriously. It has been almost a year since we have seen the Cruiserweight Championship. I think the main reason WWE got rid of the title was because their top Cruiserweight talent, Gregory Helms got injured. Matter of fact he's been gone for a long time. I didn't think it would take this long.
